Land is the lifeblood of any development strategy. V10 has access to a plentiful supply of residential development land. We source land, mainly off-market, to match the specific requirements of our customers. New opportunities are reviewed weekly, and carefully selected by our management team. This ensures V10 is always able to bring forward good development opportunities on a consistent basis, with vendors we can genuinely do business with.
Build capacity
We’ve forged extensive relationships with a wide range of build contractors who share our values and work as a natural extension of the V10 team. Our contractor partners must be able to demonstrate they have the financial stability, experience, reputation, geographical reach, and capacity to deliver on behalf of our clients. Before we even engage with an RP we ensure our contracting partner will pass your PQQ requirements.
Risk management
We always have the key risk items and their solutions identified at an early stage of engagement with an RP partner. We work transparently to demonstrate the best solutions to risks including land title, ground conditions, contamination, build design, planning conditions, section 106 requirements, utilities and services. We also work to understand market risk through extensive research and data from leading property analytics sources. We supplement this with qualitative research, digging deep into the local market and assessing nearby new-build developments.
