Before we even engage with an RP we ensure our contracting partner will pass your PQQ requirements.
We always have the key risk items and their solutions identified at an early stage of engagement with an RP partner. We work transparently to demonstrate the best solutions to risks including land title, ground conditions, contamination, build design, planning conditions, section 106 requirements, utilities and services. We also work to understand market risk through extensive research and data from leading property analytics sources. We supplement this with qualitative research, digging deep into the local market and assessing nearby new-build developments.
