Here’s how we do it. V10 selects and safeguards land development opportunities in areas where our RP partners seek to develop in line with their evolving business plans. At an early stage, V10 independently reviews the key risk items in relation to the local market, the proposed housing mix, the development land, technical, design, planning and other related build issues. This ensures the scheme can be delivered within the agreed budget without unnecessary risk.
V10’s Directors have worked within the public housing sector operating this model for the last 10 years, and have a proven individual and collective track record. The result? Our management team have been instrumental in delivering many mixed use and tenure city centre developments, as well as large housing led schemes on consented strategic land.
