V10 worked closely with Family Mosaic Housing Association assembling land from two owners to enable a marriage value to be created. This allowed a proposed scheme of 65 homes to proceed.
This former brownfield site had a history of industrial use stretching back to the late 19th century. Located on the edge of Hatcham Gardens park the scheme was carefully designed to take advantage of the adjacent views yet maximise the development envelope. The result? A fine mixed-use development or one, two, and three bedroom houses and apartments with ground floor commercial use.
Complex land negotiations had to be handled sensitively and in a timely manner to protect the commercial interests of both the buyers and sellers. A fair minded and transparent approach brought success to all involved. The delivery of this project was handled by Karl Timberlake. The land was sourced by V10’s sister company Terra Firma Land.
