Inquilab Housing Association w ere delighted to receive the completed units on this scheme of 34 apartments.
V10 struck a fair deal with the landowners who were very happy to receive the commercial area back as a long term investment. The construction as well as the initial land acquisition were a challenge, but both were delivered and navigated to enable the local community to occupy these desperately needed homes.
The 34 apartments are located close to Southall centre where the demand for affordable homes is high. The scheme also includes ground floor commercial. Opposite the units is open parkland, the vibrant shops and amenities of Southall. It is just a five minute walk to Southall Crossrail train station.
Karl Timberlake was instrumental in enabling this scheme to be delivered. The land was sourced by V10’s sister company Terra Firma Land.
